We are, in descending order of height, Jake, Sara, Adeline, Beatrice, and William. Together we are just a little family residing in Nebraska, trying to do what we can to live like we ought. We bake our own bread, brew our own beer, sew our own clothes, and make our own music — well, some of it anyway. We’re not perfect, but that’s no excuse to stop trying. This blog is to be a record of our attempts to make a down-to-earth, back-to-the-earth, handmade, from-scratch kind of life for our family.
